with instructor Mary Watson.
Focus stretching is a class based on yoga,
pilates and basic fitness stretching. The student's goal in class
is to focus on stretching their bodies and breathing. Done properly,
the end result is a more rested and flexible body in addition
to a more clearer mind.
Mary Watson recieved her yoga teacher training
from Erich Schiffmann at Santa Barbara Yoga Center in 2005. Mary
is currently teaching yoga at the Newbury Park Athletic Club and
LA Workout in Camarillo. Mary has also taught yoga at the Thousand
Oaks Teen center and at Century High School in Thousand Oaks.
She has been teaching fitness classes for over 8 years and her
goal is to provide a safe and beneficial class for all her students.
This class is also open to men!!
